We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Full-time barista. You will work closely with our team in Albert Store, Lemkus Hatch and soon to be opened store in the CBD to deliver an outstanding experience, engage with our community, and maintain a clean and organized environment.

 Your job role may include the following :

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages.
  

• Create a welcoming environment for customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service.

• Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace to meet the highest standard.

• Collect customer feedback to continually improve our offerings and services.

 

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a barista in a specialty coffee shop is a bonus.

• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing methods, and flavour profiles. 

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and hospital personality.

• Leadership experience and high motivation levels.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Passion for coffee and a desire to share that passion with others.
