Background info:
We are almost at the end of this year which means it's that time of the month when we release our annual Festive blend to get you in the mood. As we usually do on this blend; we change up our blending approach and mix a few experimental coffees to bring out something unique.
This makes quite the filter expecting tropical notes specifically Mango and Pineapple. Through our espresso that pineapple carried through but when combining this with milk we got Vanilla Sponge Cake. All of these notes: the fruit notes and Sponge Cake combined gave us a familiar taste of trifle.
We will be stocking this coffee just for the festive period so quantities are quite limited once it's done it's done, see you again next year this time for a new festive coffee.
