Education has always been a core part of our journey.

Winston Douglas Coffee was established as a dedicated platform for coffee training and skills development long before Cedar Coffee Roasters became what it is today. As both have grown side by side under the same ownership and vision, bringing them together felt like a natural next step, one that has been a long time coming.

This integration allows education, roasting, and real-world coffee experience to exist under one roof, creating a more connected and practical learning environment.

We now offer Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) certified courses, designed for baristas, café owners, hospitality professionals, and anyone serious about developing their coffee knowledge.

All courses follow the official SCA curriculum and are delivered through small, hands-on sessions led by Winston Douglas, combining structured theory with real industry experience.
