We cover how brewing variables interact, how to measure and analyse your results, and how to adjust your approach to consistently produce a well-balanced cup. Cleaning and maintenance are also covered as part of maintaining quality.

Certification
Includes the official online exam (40 questions, pass mark 70%) and a practical assessment (pass mark 77%). Successful completion awards SCA certification and 15 CSP points towards the SCA Coffee Diploma.
