Build complete barista skills in a hands-on, supportive training environment. Over four days, you’ll learn how to set a grinder, extract balanced espresso, and steam silky, well-textured milk, before progressing into dialling in, workflow, and more advanced milk techniques and latte art.
We also cover coffee fundamentals, drink construction, workflow, hygiene, and customer service to help you work confidently and consistently behind the bar.
Who It’s For
Beginners, baristas, café owners and managers, or anyone wanting to build and strengthen their barista skills. No prior experience needed, although helpful.
Certification
Includes Foundation and Intermediate certification. Foundation requires an online exam (20 questions). Intermediate includes an online exam (35 questions, pass mark 70%) and a practical assessment (pass mark 77%). Successful completion awards 20 CSP points towards the SCA Coffee Diploma.
