Background info: 

This would be our third Rwandan coffee and it is quite a unique one at it. This coffee was sourced through Nova Coffee within the Gicumbi district. Headed by the talented Agnes and run by Rwandan women; this farm managed to win Taste of Rwanda 2021

Agnes attributes the success of the farm to the women she works along, each one playing a pivotal role within the chain. Their main aim is to stand by their principles of paying the farmers the premium in order to elevate and maintain the quality, and this shows in their achievements.

This coffee hits you hard with bold flavour notes, a bubblegum aroma and it always seems to stand out on the cupping table. We wished we could have sourced more but quantities are super limited, so grab a bag when you get the chance.
